OVERTRAINING LEGS VOLUME II: EXTREME HYPERTROPHY
VOLUME 1 was more of a power program with planned progressions to increase squat numbers etc.
There were some hypertrophy work but this volume will be aimed more towards hypertrophy and growth.
This program is set for two leg days per week. What's ideal would be Monday for day 1 and Thursday for day 2. Basically, you want 2 days in between.
